Dermodality Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipments are sent daily, Monday through Friday excluding holidays.  Please allow two business days for your order to be processed. Expedited orders need to be placed before 12:00 p.m. CA time to be shipped same day. Saturday delivery not available for all shipping options and destinations.

Standard ground shipping is at a flat rate of $12(Hawaii and Alaska require air shipment at a different cost). One address per order.  Physical addresses only, no PO Boxes. We ship to the entire US including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Dermodality Skin Solutions does not ship to customers outside of the United States territories. **Hawaii customers need to call in to place your order.

Dermodality is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Once a package has arrived to the destination provided and marked as “delivered”, the customer becomes responsible. If you have not received your order within 14 days of shipment, please contact us so we can attempt to track your package to ensure you receive your order.

Customers need to verify shipping information when placing an order for changes. If your package goes to an old  or incorrect address, and you did not update it on the order or notify us prior to shipping the order, Dermodality is not responsible. A copy of your order is sent by email to the email address in the account, and you can review your orders in your “My Account” area of the website to verify any addresses on the order. 


Orders may be cancelled at any point before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Dermodality Return Policy

This Return Policy applies only to licensed professionals that have purchased Dermodality products directly from If you have purchased our products from an esthetician’s office, you should check with the esthetician about their return policy, which will apply to your purchase.

Products purchased directly from may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund minus shipping costs. Please fill out the form at and we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number.  This RMA number needs to be included on your return.

Dermodality has the sole discretion to accept returns. All returns should be packaged correctly so they return to us in a re-sellable condition. Any items returned damaged, opened or otherwise not re-sellable will not be refunded. All returned orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

You must notify Dermodality Skin Solutions of any incorrect or defective products within seven days of receiving your order.  Once approved, you must return your order within 21 days of placing your order.  The product must be unopened, unused, and in sellable condition in order to get a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed and credited back to your account.

To provide you with the best product return experience, Dermodality Skin Solutions reserves the right to limit or refuse returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our Returns Policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud).

Damaged or Incorrectly Labeled Products

The customer must upload photos of any products that were incorrectly shipped, mislabeled, empty upon arrival, leaking or damaged. Photos must be uploaded with explanation no later than 7 days upon arrival.

If your shipment arrives in damaged packaging, you must keep all packaging until the claim has been completed. Photos should also be taken and uploaded through our return form. To get proper compensation, the shipping company may come to your salon to investigate the packaging to investigate into what happened so all parties can get properly compensated.

Allergic Reactions

We are not responsible for allergic reactions for our licensed professional customers or clients of our licensed professional customers.  Dermodality products have the proper documentation regarding allergens and proper use. Dermodality’s customers are licensed estheticians and failure to read the documentation is the customers responsibility. Dermodality does not allow returns due to allergic reactions.

Implements Return

Due to sanitary reasons, returns will not be accepted, and sales are final for all implements, such as tweezers, extractors, scissors, sterilizers, etc.
